Gunnoe's is the primary sausage we buy and you can never go wrong with it. My husband likes to spice things up every once in a while and found this hot version to be just right. Not so hot that you can't enjoy it, but warm enough to add a little kick to his breakfast meal. This is a quality sausage, both the mild version as well as the hot version. I highly recommend it.

Out area doesnt sell the hot country sausage in the sleeve, only the mild. I ordered the hot online. We received it just a few days later without issue. Made our sausage balls and fell back in love with the subtle and tasty spice flavor. Thank you, Gunnoe's
